SEASONAL CHECK-IN

For owners who want one or two site visits per season to review regrowth, access, trails, edges, and small follow-up needs.

  • May include a property walk-through, access review, light brush planning, and seasonal recommendations.
  • Best for cabins, camps, rural lots, trails, food plots, and opened areas that need periodic attention.
  • Excludes hauling, dumping, disposal, grading, permits, and special equipment unless listed in writing.

ACCESS & TRAIL MAINTENANCE

For driveways, access lanes, trails, field edges, and view corridors that may need recurring cutting or clearing.

  • May include brush reduction, trail widening, field-edge cleanup, and view corridor upkeep.
  • Seasonality depends on ground conditions, wet areas, slope, snow, frost, and machine access.
  • Final width, finish, and frequency are confirmed after site review.

COMMERCIAL / MUNICIPAL MAINTENANCE

For larger mowing, airport/field/roadside-style mowing, commercial lots, and municipal-style work where schedule and equipment fit.

  • May include rough mowing, access-lane mowing, field-edge work, and seasonal site upkeep.
  • Routine weekly lawn service may be declined depending on location, schedule, and scope.
  • Final scope, insurance needs, access, hazards, and billing terms are confirmed in writing.

Routine weekly lawn service may be declined depending on location, schedule, and scope. Hauling, dumping, disposal, grading, permits, and special equipment are included only when listed in the written estimate.

  • Winter access work may be available where frozen ground, snow, slope, visibility, and access conditions permit.
  • Recurring work may pause during wet ground, poor access, unsafe terrain, storms, or scheduling conflicts.
  • Added work or changed scope requires approval before it becomes part of the job.
